Make room for your next herd sires by donating unused genetics to the RSG Foundation and investing in the future of the industry.

 

The foundation will provide you a receipt of your donation.  If you itemize deductions on your federal tax return, you may be entitled to claim a charitable deduction for your RSG Foundation donations.

First Flock Herd Program Winner Highlight

The RSG Foundation is proud to announce the winners of the 2026 First Flock-Herd Grant Program, a national initiative designed to support young and aspiring livestock producers in acquiring their first breeding sheep or goat.

 

Get to know one of our sixteen grant recipients below:

 

Brecken is a 9-year-old fourth-grade student at Shepherd Intermediate School. Outside of school, he enjoys reading, hunting, and playing baseball. Brecken is very excited about this opportunity and looks forward to learning more about lamb breeding and participating in showing sheep.
