2024 Impact Highlights
Over $13,000 in semen grants were awarded to youth in 22 states.
Over 30 applicants applied for the First Flock-Herd grant program from 20 states.
Over 6,000 units of semen were donated to our Gene Bank from breeders across the U.S.
We supported youth education programs for the Suffolk and Hampshire Sheep Associations, along with Purdue University veterinarian students.
Support a one-day youth sheep showmanship camp.
Provided support to the West Virginia Freedom Farms sheep breeding program.
Supported breeding expansion efforts for the Arapawa Goats in conjunction with the Smithsonian and Conner Prairie.
Supported efforts for breed introduction and expansion of the Australian White sheep breed.
