Education and Outreach: Hampshire Showdown Sales Talk Sponsorship

The RSG Foundation is proud to have provided sponsorship and judges for the new Sales Talk competition at the Hampshire Showdown National Junior Show. This event brought together junior members from across the country, challenging them to showcase their skills in marketing and selling their animals. The competition was a tremendous success, highlighting the importance of effective communication in the livestock industry. We’re thrilled to support these young producers as they develop the essential skills needed to thrive in their agricultural careers.

Spotlight on Youth: Supporting Freedom Farms Livestock Show Team

The RSG Foundation is proud to support the Freedom Farms Livestock Show Team in West Virginia. Freedom Farms Regeneration is dedicated to mentoring and training at-risk youth in spiritual, physical, and social development, helping them learn vital life skills and successfully transition into adulthood. Their mission is to glorify God by feeding the hungry and assisting those in need, ensuring that no at-risk youth is left behind.

To support their efforts, the RSG Foundation has provided a Youth Genetics Grant and supplies for their LAI day. We are also grateful to Hild Brothers Show Stock and Burch Livestock, LLC – Kolby, Micky & Miles Burch, for their generous donation of additional semen to this program.

The Freedom Farms Livestock Show Team proudly exhibits their animals at various jackpot shows and the West Virginia State Fair, showcasing the hard work and dedication of these incredible young people.
